Welcome to Brampton Buddhist Mission Centre

Dear Devotees & Friends,

Due to the spiritual and various needs of Brampton Buddhist Community, a very devoted and generous Buddhist couple namely, Mr. Ary Gunasekera and Mrs. Sriya Gunasekera, came forward with the support of people of Brampton to establish a place of worship called “Brampton Buddhist Mission Centre” to full fill those above needs of all expatriate Sri Lankan and Canadians.

Many thanks to all of you, since its recent first phase inception, it is unbelievable the support and the helping hand that the resident monks getting from the people of city of Brampton and the surrounding areas for their worthy cause. Within 24hrs people brought all needs of monks from all direction without any distinction. In deed, it is obvious that the great and the real needs of Brampton people has been accomplished with these monks to conduct all spiritual and social services of people here in Canada as well as in our motherland Sri Lanka.

Note: However, the Brampton Buddhist Mission Centre uses the property at 133A – Main St. South, Brampton, Ontario, L6Y 1N2, Canada, as a place of ‘clergy residence’ only for monks dwelling. All whatever religious and social activities does conduct out side of the above premises depending on needs of people around on city of Brampton.
